An Actis investment company has agreed to sell electricity distribution business Energuate to I.C. Power, a subsidiary of Kenon (NYSE: KEN; TASE: KEN), for $299.5 million. The deal is expected to close in January. I.C. Power also expects to assume Energuate’s total financial debt of around $289 million as of November 30.
