Albion Ventures Leads £3.2M Round for Exco InTouch

Exco InTouch, a provider of digital patient engagement and data capture solutions, has raised £3.2 million in funding led by Albion Ventures, with participation from founder investor Scottish Equity Partners. Using a combination of software and services, Exco provides secure channels of communication, facilitating the collection of quality data and improving outcomes for sponsors, clinical research organizations, healthcare providers and patients. To date, the company has engaged with over 900,000 patients in 88 countries, delivering over 3.5 million compliant messages and collating over 5 million data transactions in 70 languages. It initially raised over £3 million of Series A funding at a £9 million valuation in 2011; in 2013, it took in a down round (£1M Series B) at a lower valuation (£7.4M).
