Alcuin Furnishes with Key Capital's Neville Johnson

Alcuin Capital Partners has bought bespoke furniture maker Neville Johnson from Key Capital Partners for a reported £20 million ($33.5 million). The deal, half financed by RBS, is rumored to give Key Capital a 3.8x money multiple on its original investment of £12.5 million ($21 million) in 2008. Logging a turnover of £33 million ($55 million) in the year to April 2014, Neville Johnson helps customers design their libraries, studios and lounges, and then makes furniture and staircases to specifications.
