American Capital's Koskinen Confirmed to IRS Commission

John Koskinen, a member of American Capital's Board of Directors, has resigned from the firm to take on a new position with the Internal Revenue Service. He was confirmed as its new commissioner earlier this month. Mr. Koskinen joined American Capital's Board in 2007 and served on the firm's Audit Committee. He also previously served as non-executive chairman of Freddie Mac from 2008 to 2012 and briefly served as its interim CEO in 2009.
