May 13, 2015
Antin Infrastructure Partners has agreed to acquire Doughty Hanson's entire stake in Eurofiber for €875 million. Founded in 2000, Eurofiber owns and operates a fiber network spanning over 18,000 kilometers and connecting over 10,000 unique locations. Doughty Hanson initially backed the company in May 2012, acquiring it via its $4.2 billion Fund V, which closed in 2007. The sale will yield a multiple of 2.5x for Fund V's investors and an expected gross IRR of 35%.
