Charterhouse-backed Comexposium Buys dmg events Digital Marketing

The Comexposium Group, a Paris-based event organizer backed by Charterhouse Capital Partners, has announced it is acquiring the Digital Marketing division of dmg events. The acquired business operates the ad:tech, iMedia and Digital Collective series of B2B events in the U.S., Japan, India, Australia, New Zealand and the U.K.; it will be combined with Comexposium's Mobile Media Summit network of events. Earlier this year, Charterhouse acquired a 50% stake in Comexposium at a €550 million enterprise value. The Jordan, Edmiston Group represented dmg events in the latest transaction.
