PE-backed ClubCorp priced its IPO below its expected price range and went public. The company now trades on the NYSE under the MYCC symbol. Its pricing of $14 per share was lower than its anticipated $16 to $18 range, which would have valued the company around $1 billion. KSL Capital Partners, which acquired the company in 2006, sold 4.8 million shares in the offering. ClubCorp owns or operates more than 150 golf and country clubs, business clubs, sports clubs and alumni clubs. MYCC shares ended their debut at $14.50, up 3.58%.
