Data Traffic Software Provider Gigamon Files for $100M IPO

Gigamon, a provider of intelligent Traffic Visibility solutions for enterprises, data centers and service providers, has filed to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering. The company plans to list under the symbol GIMO on a yet to be determined stock exchange. Gigamon's sole round was a $22.8 million Series A financing secured back in February 2010. Highland Capital Partners currently holds a 33% stake in the company.
