DelfMEMS, a developer of innovative RF MEMS switching solutions, has announced it raised $7.4 million (€5.4 million) in a Series C round. Investors in the round include Bpifrance Investissement, Iris Capital, Finovam, Rhône-Alpes Création, Eurekap! and VIVES, among others. The investment will be used to support the company's growth in wireless front-end modules for mobile devices. The company's immediately previous round of financing, a $10.5 million (€7.7 million) Series B, occurred in January 2013.
