Endurance International Group, a private equity-backed cloud service, priced its IPO at $12 per share and went public. Warburg Pincus had owned a majority position in the company pre-offering and retained a 50% stake going forward. Minority owner Goldman Sachs Capital Partners has a 16.1% post-IPO stake in the company. Endurance International provides hosting and related online services for small and medium-sized businesses. Warburg Pincus and Goldman Sachs bought the company from Accel-KKR in 2012. Shares closed at $11.25 on their first day of trading.
