Envision Healthcare priced its IPO at $23 per share and went public. The price point was at the high end of the expected range ($20 to $23). Owned by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Envision provides physician-led, outsourced medical services in the U.S., marketing its services to more than 20,000 affiliated clinicians under its EmCare and AMR brands. CD&R bought the company in 2011 in a deal valued at $3.2 billion. Shares closed at $25.15 on their first day of trading, up 9.35%.
