In the biggest tech IPO of all time and maybe the most pre-IPO hype in history, Facebook raised $16 billion by pricing 421.2 million shares at $38 apiece. As you're reading this, the company is making its public debut on the NASDAQ, trading under the ticker symbol FB. Accel Partners made the biggest haul of all of the VC firms selling shares, raising about $1.9 billion. Cuts for other investors included Greylock Partners (raised $289 million), Meritech Capital Partners ($266 million) and Elevation Partners ($176 million). Andreessen Horowitz did not sell any shares.
