General Atlantic to Acquire En Engineering from CIVC

General Atlantic has agreed to acquire a majority stake in En Engineering from CIVC Partners; CIVC and the company's management will remain shareholders moving forward. With over 800 professionals in 13 offices across the U.S., EN Engineering is a national utility services firm that provides engineering and consulting services to natural gas, electric power and other energy and industrial end markets. Houlihan Lokey and KeyBanc Capital Markets are serving as financial advisors on the transaction. Financing for the deal is being arranged by Ares Capital and Varagon Capital Partners.
