HubSpot has filed for a $100 million initial public offering. The inbound marketing platform company is planning to list on the NYSE under the symbol HUBS. Its platform is used by over 11,500 customers across over 70 countries, helping those customers match their marketing strategies to how people shop, buy and share experiences online. HubSpot has raised roughly $91 million in venture financing since its initial seed round in 2006. Investors include General Catalyst Partners (27.1% pre-IPO stake), Matrix Partners (17.1%), Sequoia Capital (10.3%) and Scale Venture Partners (6.8%), among others.
