Jordan's Cap-Con to Sell Casco to Amphenol for $450M

Cap-Con Automotive Technologies, which is backed by The Jordan Company through its Resolute Fund II, has agreed to sell Casco Automotive to Amphenol (NYSE: APH). The purchase price is $450 million, subject to customary closing adjustments. A supplier of interior and power connectivity products and sensors to the automotive market, Casco nets annual sales of approximately $220 million, operating seven plants and employing around 1,300 globally. Jordan backed Cap-Con (formerly known as Sequa) in November 2012.
