Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board have acquired Flextronics' (NASDAQ, FLEX) remaining stake in Aricent through a deal valued at $255 million. The deal increased KKR's stake in the company to 79%. Aricent's other investors include Sequoia Capital and The Family Office. The company provides software design, development and maintenance services for communications equipment and device manufacturers, as well as communications service providers. KKR acquired a majority stake in the company from Flextronics in 2006 in a deal valued at $900 million.
