In an all-cash transaction of almost $19 million, ViryaNet (OTCQB: VRYAF) has been acquired by Marlin Equity Partners' Verisae. ViryaNet shareholders will receive $3.19 in cash for each ordinary share held. As a result of the acquisition, ViryaNet will become a strategic business unit of Verisae. A provider of mobile workforce management solutions, ViryaNet operates through offices in the U.S. and Israel with a suite of products including BPM Blueprint for Mobile Workforce Management. Marlin Equity bought Verisae close to two years ago, recently sponsoring its add-on of Hara Software in late 2013.
