MHA Ends Private Equity Ride, Acquired by Roper Industries

Managed Health Care Associates, a healthcare services company owned by Diamond Castle Partners, has been acquired by Roper Industries (NYSE: ROP) in a cash transaction valued at $1 billion. Based in New Jersey, MHA provides services and technologies to support the needs of alternate site healthcare providers who deliver services outside of an acute care hospital setting. The company has been in private equity hands since the late 1990s, including previous stints with Advent International and GTCR.
