Pinterest, the site that helps users search for, save and share collections of photos and links from the web, has raised $367 million in an equity round that could close with up to $211 million more in capital, according to an SEC filing. The investment reportedly values Pinterest at $11 billion, more than double its $5.1 billion post-val generated in a $200 million Series F raise last May. Altogether, Pinterest will have raised more than $1 billion in venture capital when the new round is closed. It previously received more than $760 million in funding from backers including Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners and Fidelity Investments.
