Polaris Private Equity has acquired 65% of Configit, a provider of configuration software. Serving a diverse clientele, the company uses its Virtual Tabulation technology to enable handling of complex manufacturing models. Configit logged DKK128 million (€17.1 million) in revenue and an EBITDA of DKK42 million in 2015. Polaris’ investment comes from the firm’s fund IV, which held a second close on DKK3 billion last June. In conjunction with the deal, Polaris partner Allan J. Vestergaard has been named chairman of the company’s Board of Directors.
