Insight platform provider Qualtrics has brought its financing total to $220 million with the completion of a $150 million Series B round, procuring a valuation of over $1 billion in the process. Insight Venture Partners led the financing and was joined by Accel Partners and Sequoia Capital, both existing investors from Qualtrics' $70 million funding in May 2012. Capital from the Series B will be used to support the company's continued product innovation and international expansion.
Founded in 2002, Qualtrics is currently used by over 6,000 organizations in 75 countries to capture, analyze and act on customer, employee and market data. The company hosts over 2.1 million active surveys daily and has achieved a compound annual revenue growth rate of over 90% during the last five years.
