Qualys Raises $91M in IPO, Shares Rise 18% First Day on NASDAQ

Cloud-based security and software provider Qualys raised $91 million in its IPO, with 7.6 million shares being sold at $12 apiece. In the first day of trading on the NASDAQ under the symbol QLYS on Friday, shares rose 18% to close at $14.16. Trident Capital and GRP Partners now hold 20% and 8% stakes in the company, respectively.
