Rimini Street, a provider of enterprise software support services, has filed to raise up to $60 million in an initial public offering. The company plans to list under the symbol RMNI. Rimini was originally primed to file for an IPO in 2012, but legal disputes with Oracle delayed the offering. The interim saw Bridge Bank join Adams Street Partners (26.7% pre-IPO stake) as a Rimini investor, with $15 million in late stage VC in May 2013. Adams Street Partners previously contributed a $10 million Series B financing in 2009.
