Sensata Technologies has decided to sell 31.6 million shares on the NYSE under the ticker symbol ST. It set the price range between $18 and $20 per share. The company manufactures electrical and electronic sensors and controls. Sensata's primary shareholder, Bain Capital, is selling 4.9 million shares, reducing its stake to 81.3% post IPO. Underwriting is being led by Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs.
