Sprinklr, a social media management platform, has raised $105 million at a $1.8 billion valuation. The company helps more than 1,200 global brands, including Microsoft and Nike, manage their online presence and enhance their customer experience across various social channels.
Founded in 2009, Sprinklr has raised $239 million in total funding. In March 2015, the company joined the unicorn ranks with a $46 million round at a $1.1 billion-plus valuation. Along with outside financing, Sprinklr has also grown through the acquisition of smaller startups, such as social visualization platform Postano earlier this year.
