PE firm Thoma Bravo has agreed to acquire Keynote (NASDAQ: KEYN) in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $395 million. Stockholders are set to receive $20 per share, which represents a 48% premium. Keynote is a California-based IT company that provides Internet and mobile cloud testing & monitoring services. Its 4,000 customers include names like Expedia, AT&T, Microsoft and Disney. Thoma Bravo invests across multiple industries, with a particular focus on application and infrastructure software and financial and business services.
