Matchmaking isn’t easy. Your soul mate could be roaming halfway across the world, and without the proper tools to connect with them, you could live your entire life not knowing them. It works the same way with jobs. There are some really talented people out there, but without the proper tools, there’s a good chance that the perfect candidate for a particular job will never be found. That’s why companies are finding so many different methods to connect the most talented people with the perfect jobs (and keep them there), and VC investors have taken notice. In the last decade, 198 VC investors have bankrolled U.S.-headquartered human capital services companies, according to the PitchBook Platform. Of those investors, 40 have between $50 million and $500 million of assets under management, and another 51 have between $1 billion and $10 billion. Additionally, over half of all the investors have completed at least one deal in the industry in the past two years. To see the full list, contact us here.
