YP Holdings, which is majority-owned by Cerberus Capital Management and AT&T, has acquired Sense Networks. Sense applies its MacroSense technology platform to mobile location data to enable predictive analytics for advertisers. YP is a local search, media and advertising company. It was formed in 2012 when Cerberus bought a majority stake in the company from AT&T for $950 million. Exiting Sense Networks investors including Intel Capital, which led a Series B round of funding for the company in June 2009.
