Zillow Moves In on NYC Real Estate Site StreetEasy

NYC real estate website StreetEasy has agreed to be acquired by Zillow (NASDAQ: Z) for $50 million in cash. StreetEasy raised venture funding from FA Technology Ventures in 2006. StreetEasy aggregates home listings from broker websites and various databases and allows users to search for properties by location or relevant contextual factors like school zones, buildings or proximity to subway stations.
