Founded in 2005, .406 typically backs early-stage companies in the enterprise tech and digital health industries, with a portfolio that includes data management startup Reltio and WelbeHealth, a provider of medical and social services to seniors. The firm has also promoted Payal Agrawal Divakaran to partner.
