A Look at How Y Combinator's Summer '14 Batch Has Fared

With Y Combinator's winter batch demos in full swing, we've taken a look at how the accelerator's Summer 2014 class has fared since graduating about seven months ago. Here are some of the graduates of YC's Summer 2014 batch that have landed significant financings:
Product Hunt: A community-curated platform designed to surface the best new websites, mobile apps and technologies. Product Hunt raised $7 million of Series A funding in September at a valuation of $22 million; the round was led by Andreessen Horowitz.
Weave: A modern phone company for small and medium-sized businesses that syncs with existing CRM and EMR software, consolidating VoIP calling, SMS text messaging and emailing into a single desktop service. Weave raised $5 million in June from Homebrew, FundersClub, SV Angel and others.
uBiome: The company offers a microbiome sequencing service that provides information and tools for users to explore the populations of bacteria that live on and inside of their bodies. uBiome raised a $4.5 million Series A round led by Andreessen Horowitz at a valuation of $15 million in June.
