Abacus Financial has acquired STAR Concrete Pumping. The company provides concrete pumping delivery services throughout the U.S., Canada and the northern part of South America. Abacus is a Los Angeles-based PE firm focused on the commercial real estate, infrastructure and specialized transportation sectors.
