Advent to acquire IPH from PAI

Advent International has agreed to acquire industrial parts supplier IPH from PAI Partners. The deal will see Advent merge the company with its portfolio business Brammer, which it bought earlier this year. IPH generated revenues of €1.3 billion in 2016, with the combined entity set to increase that figure to more than €2.1 billion. The two buyout firms announced they were in exclusive negotiations regarding a transaction last month.
