Advent International has agreed to acquire a majority stake in AOT Bedding Super Holdings, the parent company of mattress providers National Bedding Company and Simmons Bedding Company. NBC is the majority owner and licensee of Serta. Ares Management and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, AOT's existing investors, will retain a minority stake in the company upon completion of the transaction.
