Advent's CCC signs $7B SPAC pact

CCC Information Services has agreed to go public by merging with Dragoneer Growth Opportunities Corp., a SPAC sponsored by Dragoneer Investment Group, in a deal that gives the insurance software specialist an enterprise value of about $7 billion. Advent International has backed CCC since 2017, when it acquired the Chicago-based company from Leonard Green & Partners and TPG Capital. CCC is the provider of a software platform for the property and casualty insurance market.
