Alpha snaps up EUROPART

Alpha Private Equity has agreed to buy Europart, a retailer of spare parts for commercial vehicles, from Triton and Paragon, which had backed the business since 2011. Europart employs more than 1,700 people across 28 countries in Europe and generated revenues of €438 million in 2016.
