Ancestry.com Rises in First Day of Trading

The online family history resource, ancestry.com, saw its shares close up 70 cents, or 5.2%, to $14.20 in its first day of trading. The company's IPO included 7.41 million shares priced at $13.50 each, the middle of its target range. The company sold 4 million shares with current stock holders offering the remaining 3.3 million. Ancestry.com investors include Spectrum Equity Investors, W Capital Partners and CrossLink Capital.
