Andlinger & Company Backs Seitz

Andlinger & Company has partnered with company management to acquire Seitz. The company designs, engineers, manufactures and assembles plastic and metal components. Berkshire Bank provided a senior loan facility in support of the transaction, while Stonehenge Growth Capital and CMS Mezzanine Fund provided mezzanine financing.
