Anheuser-Busch acquires beverage brands

Brewing behemoth Anheuser-Busch has acquired Hiball, a maker of organic energy drinks & waters, along with Alta Palla, its brand of organic sparkling juices & waters. The deal deepens A-B's investments in the non-alcoholic beverages sector. The company plans to transition the Hiball Energy and Alta Palla brands to its own wholesale partners.
