Aprea Therapeutics sets IPO terms

Aprea Therapeutics, a clinical-stage developer of cancer treatments, has decided on an expected price range of $14 to $16 per share for its upcoming offering of 5 million shares, according to an SEC filing. A midpoint pricing would raise $75 million and value the company at about $288 million. Aprea, which has offices in Boston and Stockholm, is backed by 5AM Ventures (17.7% pre-IPO stake), Versant Ventures (17.7%) and HealthCap (14.8%), among others. It plans to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol APRE.
