Ardian offloads IRCA to Carlyle

The Carlyle Group has agreed to acquire IRCA, a provider of semi-finished products for desserts, from Ardian, which had backed the business since 2015. Founded in 1919, IRCA employs more than 300 people and claims revenue in excess of €250 million.
