Arlington Capital Partners owned TSI Group has purchased J.A. Reinhardt, a provider of brazing and thermal management products such as cold plates, electronic housings and heat exchangers. TSI was acquired by Arlington Capital in May 2005 and has since made six other acquistions. The last investment the company made was the add-on of Sandy Bay Machine in July 2008.
