A consortium of investors including Macquarie and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board are looking to break up towers company Arqiva, per The Telegraph. The transaction could reportedly see the UK company's television and radio broadcast infrastructure unit be separated, and both of the assets could be sold or listed.
