Aterian Investment Partners has acquired ten heat treating facilities in the United States and Canada from Bluewater Thermal Solutions. Bluewater provides metallurgical heat-treating services and solutions to several manufacturing industries, such as the automotive, heavy truck, aerospace, construction, agriculture and energy industries.
