AtTask, a provider of SaaS enterprise work management solutions, has closed on $38 million in Series D funding. The company helps marketing, IT and other enterprise teams manage excessive email, redundant status meetings and disconnected tools, helping improve team productivity and executive visibility.
This funding will help accelerate AtTask's acquisition of market share and product development to deliver more targeted work management solutions for enterprise work teams. AtTask has now raised about $68 million in funding to date, including a previous $17 million Series C round that valued the company at $128 million. The Series D round was led by JMI Equity and included participation from existing investors GreenSpring Associates, Escalate Capital and University Venture Fund.
