Aurelius exits Ghotel for €63M

Aurelius Equity Opportunities has exited its investment in business hotel chain Ghotel Hotel & Living to Cologne-based Art-Invest Real Estate at an enterprise value of €63 million. Aurelius acquired Ghotel in 2006 and invested around €7 million into the company's growth during the holding period. Including the sale proceeds, Aurelius says it will generate a liquidity-related return of around €73 million over the period of the investment.
