Gaming company Azerion has reportedly agreed to buy the remaining 49% it doesn't own in Sulake, the Helsinki-based developer of social games such as "Habbo" and "Hotel Hideaway," from Finnish telecom company Elisa. Azerion is believed to have held a 51% stake in Sulake since 2018. During that time, Sulake saw its revenue grow by an average of 46% year-over-year. Elisa acquired Sulake in 2013.
