Blackstone alum picks PIMCO

John Studzinski has joined PIMCO as a managing director and vice chairman of the investment manager's executive office. Reports emerged earlier this month that Studzinski planned to leave Blackstone after 12 years with the firm, most recently working as a senior managing director and vice chairman of investor relations.
