Blackstone has entered talks to sell outdoor clothing retailer Jack Wolfskin to a consortium of investors, according to Der Spiegel, a development that comes as the company has reportedly spent the past few months working to renegotiate its debt. Blackstone acquired Jack Wolfskin in 2011, with Reuters reporting a purchase price of about £700 million.
