The Blackstone Group (NYSE: BX) has released its full year and 4Q 2012 results, reporting full-year revenues of over $4 billion and economic net income of $2 billion. Revenues for its PE unit were up 43% to $828 million in 2012, resulting in $412 million of economic income, up 71% from 2011. Blackstone ended 2012 with $35 billion of dry powder still left in its coffers, $15.7 billion of which has been earmarked for private equity.
